In the first installment of the new Bodybuilding Bullshit Series on the No Switch Fitness Podcast, Alan Murphy and Luke Miller address some of the common “Bro Logic” that is perpetuated in gyms across the world and aim to explain why some of them are true and some of them aren’t! This week we tackle the following statements that can’t help but make you chuckle when you hear them

  1. Utilizing bands during your sets means the set doesn’t count
  2. Peak Week just eat a burger and fries bro
  3. I lost all of my gains when I came off cycle.
