I interview one of my BOSS LADIES and Vice President and Chief Program Officer of the Center for Leadership Development (www.cldinc.org) and a CLD Alumna, Dr. Terry W. Bailey. The gala not only celebrates women but also raises funds for local non-profits, so far raising $19,000+ for Dove Recovery House for Women and PINK RIBBON CONNECTION.
