How do you manage stress?
Stress is a natural and very normal process in the body, not to mention a little bit of stress is actually good for us!
So how can we be more aware when we have too much stress in our life creating much more damage than we realise long term.
It can be something we can become numb to and very easily feel quite normal while being hard to discern because it could be happening every single day.
We are here to share with you that this doesn't have to be the case. You can experience stress and find many ways to manage it, shift it, and use it to your advantage. If we don't learn how to do these things over time, it doesn't matter how well you look after yourself, stress can be the one blindspot that flushes all your self care hard work down drain.
So join us as we dive right into the good, the bad and the not pretty side of stress to shift our awareness and gain our control back for our health and longevity.
