Training volume is an important aspect of any good training program. It ensure we have consistent growth and progress in the gym.
In this episode I dive deep into when it is appropriate to alter your training load and when you should be increasing it or leaving it the same.
As this is the first ever episode of the podcast, I will be letting you guys into what the podcast is about and who Jake Bowler is.
