Anyone can lead when the seas are calm and the winds are light.....However, when the storm rolls in, the waves are crashing, sails are ripping, crew are scared....it takes a great Leader to keep it all together and come out of the other side.

Now more than ever is the time that Leaders need to ensure that their "Human Skills" are not just up to scratch but are tip-top in every way.
Because poor, indecisive Leadership now, will result in your team abandoning ship and taking to the life rafts....and once that trend starts....the rest of the team will quickly follow.
