Today I am chatting to Summer Bradshaw.
Summer Bradshaw is a Positive psychology practitioner and coach and has recently completed her MSc in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology.
Summer has a previous professional background that includes over 15 years working in theatre, radio and television production creating and filming programmes worldwide for the BBC, Sky, CH4, Five and many more digital channels.
The founder of Your Zen Life, wellness platform, Summer offers positive psychology coaching to individuals and groups, as well as creating bespoke workshops for businesses and leaders wanting to maximise their teams well-being and overall potential, using positive psychology.
A mum to two boys and married to a Yacht Captain, they live in beautiful Devon in the UK. She is also a greatly passionate writer and speaker, with an inbuilt love of all things positive psychology and human needs.
