In this episode, we talked about how to cultivate motivation, even if you haven't worked out in a million years, lack discipline, have never stuck with anything in your life and don't want to get off the couch.
Remember that what's doable gets done! Be honest with yourself about what's realistic for YOU, not your husband or girlfriend.
Find a proven program you can believe in. Believe it'll work for you enough that you can find the motivation to get started. For the first few days or weeks, rely on routine to get you through, until you start seeing results. Once you see results, you'll gain momentum and become unstoppable.
We also talked about the benefits of strength training for women... mental and emotional strength... mental and emotional confidence. Your friends and family will notice an immediate difference in you, before your body even has time to catch up.
