This week we talk to Laura Green, runner, physical therapist, videographer, co-founder of the November Project SF, mother, and Instagram running reel MVP. Laura talks about her experience starting the November Project in SF, what it was like leaving SF just before giving birth to her first child, her work as a PT, and obviously, what it is like being one of the funniest and most poignant voices in the running community right now.
