In this episode, we had the opportunity to interview Richard (father) & Charly (daughter) Jaffe.
Richard Jaffe is a serial entrepreneur, poet, part-owner of the Phoenix Suns, and co-author of Crisis into Success.
Charly Jaffe has a Master's in Counseling Psychology and is a crisis counselor. With her background in crisis psychology, she helped her father turn his talk "10 Ingredients for Happiness and Success" into a book called Crisis into Success. Their relationship with each other grew after writing the book together and helped Richard bring out some vulnerabilities in the book that now have helped hundreds of thousands of readers!
What makes it even more interesting is that they both have some different beliefs when it comes to mindset and mental health and they term it as "healthy tension." Listening to how they communicate with each other and how they both have a mission to help others go from a state of crisis to perseverance is absolutely incredible!
