Since childhood he overcame many challenges with his family’s health, trauma, and addiction all which inspired him to study the vast array of ancestral wisdom and modern science the past 8+ years. Most days you’ll catch Christian barefoot hiking in nature, working out, jumping in ice baths, cooking delicious meals, and playing with his two cats, Akira and Nika.
