Manage episode 441769296 series 3567895
In this week's episode I am thrilled to talk to an old friend Dr Liz Hadcroft. It feels lovely to know that we reconnected through my podcast. Liz was in touch and raised the issue of how many women feel invisible in midlife.
Hear us talk about:
- the responsibilities women take on in midlife
- the changes that occur in our bodies
- the experience of being invisible
- why it is important to be seen and heard in midlife
- how we can draw this out and speak up
Have you felt invisible during mid life? I would love to hear your experiences.
