She has had the privilege of helping shape a unique culture that has helped the company succeed and grow (even through the ups and downs). Prodigy has grown from 20 to 300 employees in the last 7 years. With a highly aspirational mission “to help every student in the world to love learning,” having a high performing team is essential to achieving that mission and Sarah-Jayne has been building a team that is well positioned and excited to enable that.
