About our Guest: Sasha Strauss

Professor Sasha Strauss is a distinguished brand strategist with 25 years of experience, having worked with leading corporations, philanthropies, faiths, and academic institutions. His approach to brand communication and leadership led him to establish Innovation Protocol, an awarded brand strategy consultancy based in LA known for its impactful work with clients such as Nestlé, Notre Dame University, PayPal, LEGO, Google, Disney, The Catholic Church, and Korn Ferry since 2006. Strauss not only runs Innovation Protocol as its CEO but also imparts his expertise as a professor for 18 years, concurrently teaching brand strategy at prestigious institutions such as UCLA, USC, and UCI business schools. His academic coursework is directly linked to his 5-star keynote speeches delivered at major conferences around the world. Beyond his professional achievements, Strauss's personal journey is marked by unique experiences such as being UC Irvine's mascot, Peter the Anteater, for three years as an undergraduate, being raised in a military family as the son of a Navy SEAL Doctor, and recently recovering from emergency brain surgery. He's a father, founder, and fountainhead that drives organizations and leaders to excel through strategic branding.
