Stretching can be beneficial to your body. For example, it can help keep the muscles flexible. We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Range of motion allows your full movement without any restrictions throughout your limbs and body.
Stretching our faith in a so many ways will keep us flexible as well. When we stretch our faith our spiritual muscles and bodies, they become stronger and flexible. Therefore, it will challenge us to “stretch our minds,” which will allow us to grow in our knowledge, reasoning, and understanding.
