Cut Your Carbs in Half 🔪
We eat too many carbs for abs in our society.
If we want abs, we have to cut our carbs and only eat carbs we will use during exercise or during our activities.
Carbs are probably 80% of most peoples crutch.
If you eat well AND cut your carbs in half...

Try adding weight to your abs exercises 💪
Maybe you need more resistance during your training
