The 52nd anniversary of Title IX was on Sunday, but the Biden administration changed the interpret of the federal law prohibiting sex-based discrimination in federally funded education programs to allow male in female spaces. Florida Commissioner of Education Manny Diaz Jr. joins The Daily Signal Podcast to discuss how the rule change harms girls, and how states can follow Florida's lead in fighting back.
