Emotions! What a confusing force of inner nature?! Why did I have to go through so much to discover the complex dynamic of how emotions work? Probably to have this talk right here. It took decades of serious heart ache, substance abuse, trauma, and the will power to heal for me to understand my emotional intelligence and emotional stability. In this episode I share and dissect a few stories about the nature of emotions and how they are one hell of a force in our dimensions of health. It wasn’t till I healed my heart, tamed my mind, and got strict on focusing my energy in balancing all my dimensions of health, till I embraced the language of my emotions without being butchered by them.
