In this episode I talk about biohacking and supplements and why this new wave of health excitement misses the mark and what actually “hits” the mark so to speak. Biohacking and supplements have prolonged the experiencing of the inevitable truth that all of our pain and suffering cannot be solved by supplements, the next great machinery, the perfect fat, or the perfect diet. It can only be solved by developing our soul condition which is its condition in love. And we can only developed our condition in love by feeling the emotional disfynctions inside our selves. The painful and positive emotions all need to be felt in order for us to be sensitive to what the truth of love is which is the only time we can actually have the opportunity to grow in love. This is the process of growth, not a perfect morning routine or enough money to purchase the latest and greatest in supplements. Once the new level of love is reached, our body heals and becomes a better energetic version of itself. @thatsamirdude
