In this one I cover the Practical steps to be more emotionally sensitive including much more hydration then we expect and the type of water, movement and connecting to the feelings in the body, the type of diet that is important, and how taking action on our desires help us to be more sensitive to guidance. Other tips include alone time without music people or distractions. These practical tips are ultra supportive actions we can take to become more emotionally sensitive which is a required component to growing our condition in love by being able to connect to love itself and the unloving emotions inside of ourselves preventing love from flowing.
