The beauty of letting go of our expectations and how it Leads o real deep visceral appreciation. How real appreciation can only come when we begin to see the world through the lens of life and people being gifts. Meaning people don’t owe us shit! And when they do give to us, whether a compliment/love/help/truth/material thing/time, that they are gifts and nothing to be expected. In fact the expectation robs us of our happiness, joy, satisfaction, and the visceral appreciation of the entire experience....yes, anyways, this podcast is about that lol
