Today, I have Coach Coral Owen - the Head Coach and Founder of @teambabeathletics, one of the biggest female triathlon and endurance clubs in the World! To add to this, Coral also founded the Tampa Bay Babes Triathlon, an annual women's-only sprint triathlon that was first held in June 2024 and is open for registration in June of 2025 - find more info here @tampabaybabestri on Instagram!
