The big question is...how do you get rid of the bad habits in your life so you can start living with good habits instead? Today is the day I want you to get rid of bad habits. It's time to find substitutes. Substitute the bad habits with good ones.

We are diving deep into why you are typically resorting to our old, bad habits when you become a mom. There is a way to stop this from happening.

At the end of the episode, we are doing a self-audit on our daily lives to find out what the bad habits are that are being repeated. The audit will help you narrow down what's working and what's not working.
