In this episode, I am demystifying another HR buzzword making the rounds - quiet hiring! I’ll talk about what quiet hiring is (don’t worry, you won’t need to whisper at work) and why it is helpful to employers. I also share the downsides of this freshly named but tried and true talent management practice and how you, as an employee, can protect yourself and take advantage of a great opportunity.
