It came about with hearing the latest coporate people are doing a new trend of "intermittent fasting" without realizing that not much will change as they're unaware that each day they are already doing some variation of intermittent fasting (IF).
We've all heard about calories in and calories out vs tracking macros and all other types of diets, methods and concepts.
I want to make this episode simple and easy for you to implement right away.
