Thought it would be interesting to create this episode for my future self and for others who one day will be all doing gut protocols. Imagine that? The new fitness trend will be general populations doing gut protocols to correct all their years of mishab. I think it could truly be a thing as science improves and has better access to the general pop.
I wanted to share my top tips and things to avoid when doing a gut protocol so you can do this right. Why? Because I wish when I started doing it someone had explained all the do and do nots to make the process easier!
