Why as a mom you shouldn't put yourself second and why it's important to have your own dreams and goals!

The Challenges- here are some examples of challenges and obstacles that many moms face when they put themselves second:

1) Time constraints

2) Overwhelm

3) Guilt

4) Imposter Syndrome

5) Lack of Support

6) Financial Constraints

7) Sacrificing Career

8) Societal Expectations

9) Lack of Self-Care

10)Feeling Overlooked

These challenges can vary from one individual to another, but they collectively represent common obstacles that many moms encounter when trying to prioritize their own dreams and goals.

The benefits for both moms and their families when they take steps to achieve their dreams!

My list of 12:

1) Personal Fulfillment

2) Increased Self Confidence

3) Positive Role Model

4) Improved Mental Health

5) Enhanced Skills and Knowledge

6) Increased Productivity

7) Financial Independence

8) Stronger Relationships

9) Sense of Empowerment

10) Balance

11) Creativity

12) Legacy / Filfillment / Value

It is important for us to always continue to dream and grow: moms, this ALSO includes you. Consistently step out of your comfort zones and take action towards your dreams and goals. YOU CAN. YOU ARE ENOUGH. YOU ARE ALLOWED. FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
