  • How much planning did you put into your giveaway
  • What coaching scenario makes you feel the most out of your depth, and how do you combat that?
  • Who did you aspire to be or what did you dream of doing when you were growing up?
  • What's your opinion on the growing importance of showing who you are on socials, more so now that there is an endless amount of ever conflicting information available to viewers/followers?
  • People are now buying accountability, structure and routine, rather than info on how to train/eat etc. Please advise how to approach this from 1. A sales/marketing perspective 2. How to make it seem valuable to people (they often don't think they need it, they just want the results) 3. How to manage it in our service (i.e. ideas to help the client that we may not initially think of). Thanks.
  • Obviously you guys give us accountability with these check-ins. Being self employed yourselves, how do you guys hold yourselves accountable for your business?
  • biggest PTMA win / success story for you both?
  • Any advice on how to make my content more entertaining/engaging and less boring/factual/educational
  • Ultimate Olympic sport/ athletes?
  • There are some days when I walk into the gym where I work, and I hate it. It's nothing to do with my clients or my job itself; probably, I am just tired of the environment. Is it time for me to change gym, or do I just need a long holiday? :')
