For the first time we have one of our very special guests on for the second time, Dr. Kaleb Redden. We had the honor of sitting down with Dr. Redden again to have him teach us more about injuries and how to heal as effectively and quickly as possible. Even the most low-key lifters experince pain every once in awhile, and this episode can help you figure out if that is good pain or bad pain, and how to best help yourself if it is bad pain.
