Let's chat about ways to make your fitness journey gentle & kind. I am so passionate about this topic - and you will be able to tell when you tune in LOL I get SO into it today!
But it's because as moms of young kids - we do not need a super intense and overwhelming program. We need ways to make this simple and easy. Not easy in a way that doesn't deliver results, but easy in a way that gives us results without us falling off track as a result.
I also talk a bit about one of my favorite things - doing the bare minimum for results. You just have to hear me out on this one LOL
