Today I get to introduce you to one of my favorite people, Nicole Dyer. Nicole is the owner and founder of White Birch Food & Juice in Southwest Virginia and represents so many wonderful things. On top of being a young female food entrepreneur in a small southern town, Nicole has a well rounded approach to health, wellness, and how to tune in to what your individual body needs. We talk about juice cleanses, my not so great experience with celery juice, Ayurvedic principles of the different bodies and what it means to simultaneously build something out of passion and do the inner work. I think you’re going to like that and I know for a fact White Birch will find a spot on your bucket list for the near future.
