Last week John sat down with Gase Sanita for a very special episode of the SmartB Sports Update. Gase is one of the SmartB Ambassadors who is an up and coming MMA Fighter out of Sydney. Originally hailing from New Zealand, Gase has a habit of fighting anyone, anytime.
Gase and John discussed how she prepares for a big fight, especially with her featuring on Shuriken on the 20th April, and how her training differs from other people.
They also discussed the topic of amateur vs professional and how the training, attitude, approach and coaching differs. And went over how Gase is supported by her family, friends, team and amazing coaches.
