Welcome to season three of The Wall Podcast!

With 2020 just behind us, many are feeling defeated, unmotivated, and 'stuck in a rut’. Be it relationships, career, fitness, or just life in general, we've all experienced times where we move slower than normal and possibly feel guilty for not 'getting ahead'.

In this episode Life Coach, Mark Fennell, speaks to why we get unmotivated and sometimes feel a sense of being 'stuck.' Mark helps us understand how we can get ourselves out of a rut, discover our motives, and help check-in on ourselves in order to maintain motivation and a general sense of feeling happy.

Books that Mark referenced in the podcast:

  • How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
  • Hope and Help for Your Nerves: End Anxiety Now by Dr.Claire Weekes
  • Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl

Mark is a Life Coach based in Dublin, Ireland with over 20 years of experience in the field. Mark coaches groups and individuals to help reset their mindset, discover purpose, manage anxiety, and more. Mark also has his own podcast - “This Adult Life” - and is a regular contributor to Irish national TV + radio.
