Neuroscientist and sleep specialist, Dr. Chelsie Rohrscheib, joins me for a discussion about the best (and worst) sleep practices. Ever wondered what happens to your brain when you sleep? What about taking naps? Is too much sleep bad? And how to know when to seek professional help for your sleep.

Dr. Chelsie has over a decade of experience working in the field of sleep research and medicine. During her research career, Dr. Rohrscheib specialized in how genetics control sleep in the brain and how sleep loss affects health. She is also the Sleep Specialist at Wesper, the at-home tool to identify sleeping patterns.
