Jilly Bond is a pelvic health Physiotherapist based in Wales, UK, with a specialist interest in pelvic pain. She is a regular speaker at international conferences, runs professional development courses for physios in the UK and online and her Youtube channel has free resources for patients and clinicians. Her research interests include understanding how graded motor imagery may help in the treatment of centralised mechanisms in visceral pain.
