In this episode, we talk about the importance of sleep on our health & longevity. Specifically, how we can still drink our daily coffee and not impact our sleep that night.
Caffeine has a long half-life that means even when we drink it in the early afternoon it will still be in our body when we go to bed. By optimizing the time we drink caffeine and also picking the right drinks we can get the boost we need during the day and the sleep we need at night.
