The Rev. Chris Biernacki, pastor of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Florence, AL, joins the Rev. Dr. Phil Booe to study Exodus 18.

Moses is the intermediary between God and the people. In many ways, this is incredibly taxing on Moses who must continually lead, teach, and advise the Israelites. He spends his days settling disputes according to God’s will, but his father-in-law Jethro sees a better way. Jethro advises Moses to appoint administrators or judges to help ease the burden of his leadership.
