Real talk: planning what you want to eat in advance is one of the most powerful things you can do to accelerate your weight loss.

It is the easiest way to keep yourself laser-focused on your goals all day long.
It is the fastest, simplest way to dramatically reduce your overeating and emotional eating.
And…it’s also the thing I get the most pushback on from clients.
SO many people are resistant to planning their food in advance, even though it takes very little effort and gives you SUCH a high reward.
Why?
There are many reasons.
If you find yourself saying things like…
I just don’t have the time to make plans every day.

or
I won't be able to follow it perfectly, so why even try?
or

I don’t want to feel boxed in - I want to be spontaneous!

or

I just don’t see the point.
