This episode features a conversation with my guest, Travis Goodman, of Therapy4Dads. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and has been practicing over the past 8 years in both a hospital and private practice setting. Travis also works as a dad and men's coach, walking alongside them as they reach their goals.
Travis has been married for 11 years to his amazing wife, Anna, and resides in Southern California with their family. They have two boys, Shepherd (4), Eli (2), and are expecting their 3rd child to join winter of 2021. Travis is passionate about continuing to grow as a father, husband, and friend. Life in the Goodman family usually consists of lots of music, lots of playing on the floor and in the backyard, cooking, exploring the outdoors, wrestling and tickling matches, and making up funny songs together.
