Several provisions in the state’s latest budget proposal could leave the Indiana Historical Society without a building. A $3 million project is underway to improve Tarkington Park, just west of the State Fairgrounds. Pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly announced Wednesday that it plans to invest roughly $27 billion in United States manufacturing. ClearPath465, a project that began in 2022, aims to make the I-465 and I-69 interchange safer and alleviate congestion for drivers on the north east side.
