This episode starts off by discussing the mental health crisis of the children in Gaza, and then proceeds to discuss the mental health impact of the rest of the world. We discuss vicarious trauma, activism burnout, survivor's guilt and the impact of de-humanizing language on our mental well-being. This episode is joined by psychiatry resident, Dr. Nahla. Dr. Nahla shares her insights on understanding our mental health at this time, as well as providing ways to cope. Thank you Dr. Nahla for sharing with our community!
