Patricia Becker is a yoga, breath and diet coach with 30 years’ experience in Yoga study and coaching. She is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT® E-RYT® based in San Francisco. Patricia has a Yoga TV Show, YouTube Channel, and she is one yoga trainer you must follow for her vast experience.
Patricia was the Yoga Instructor for Stanford's Health Improvement Program for 11 years. Currently she is providing ‘Aging with Grace’ yoga live online classes.
From being overweight and unhappy person in her earlier years to becoming the most sort after yoga and diet coach teaching fitness at Stanford, Patricia has come a long way in her purpose of life.
Patricia’s self-transformation began with nutritional awakening after she read a book ‘You Are All Sankapu’ and ‘Sugar Blues’ and shifted her focus on selfcare. With Macrobiotic dietary practice her energy levels doubled and she lost 25 pounds. Patricia’s love you yoga happened soon after and she dove deeply into the practice and study of yoga. Patricia is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher for over 30 years she has had thousands of hours of training, learning and in-depth study alongside leading nutrition and yoga experts. She traveled to Macrobiotic centers in the U.S., Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia and has taught hundreds of students and clients.
In her current practice, Patricia combines her knowledge, practical experience, and professional expertise into powerful programs to deal with health conditions naturally. Patricia’s area of interest lies in teaching about strategies to age with grace that help you increase your energy levels and feel more vitality at any age.
