Welcome to Savage Self-Care. In 1999 I lost the memories of my childhood in a car accident and in June 2023 they started coming back. For as long as I can remember I've been at war with myself and my conditions. Savage self care is both a cautionary tale and an exploration into the unknown as I unravel the why and find true peace with ADHD and a severe brain injury.
