Ashley completed 1-on-1s and the Reattach Coaching Program!
One of the many things I love about Ashley and this episode is that her trigger into healing her codependency occurred with a platonic friend. Many others (including me!) have experienced this with friends and it's awesome to hear someone talking openly about it, since most of the time we're referring to romantic partners.
Listen to her talk about the "DREAD" she felt in this relationship and how she learned a framework for letting go that she is able to use in day-to-day life.
Ashley has embraced the warm parts of her but has put boundaries in place to protect those same parts. She can be herself while not being taking advantage of or feeling resentful towards others. Success!
