Hey Queens! In today's episode, we delve into an incredible journey of transformation and empowerment. Our special guest and one of my favourite coaches of all time, Erika Cramer, is an influential and award-winning author, international speaker, podcast host, coach and Psychotherapist.

We explore Erika's challenging upbringing, her escape into the military at just 16, and a life-changing car accident that reshaped her path. From modelling to acting and hairdressing, Erika's diverse career experiences led her to Australia, where she discovered her true calling as a coach. Let’s go!

In this episode we cover:

  • How Erika's transformation has allowed her to empower others.
  • Building confidence involves challenging thought patterns and embracing self-compassion.
