At long last, I am back following a brief hiatus, so thank you all for your patience.

With discussions about grief, relationships, anxiety and positive mental attitudes, Carlin and I soar across a plethora of mental health topics, all wrapped up in an upbeat and engaging discussion about his love for rock music. Spanning the late 70s to the modern day, Carlin's influences are all-encompassing and made for one of my most interesting podcasts to date.
