Larry Mohl is the founder of Rali Solutions in Alpharetta, Georgia. Rali’s award-winning Change Experience Platform (CxP) drives scalable, lasting change that enhances employee experience and performance.
Larry began his career in communications systems research at Motorola, where he led the adoption of six-sigma and continuous improvement, eventually becoming head of Global Knowledge Management.

He held senior roles as Chief Learning Officer at Motorola, The American Express Company, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, specializing in leadership development and talent strategies. His work has improved employee engagement, retention, and organizational capability in various industries.

Before founding Rali, Larry ran a consulting firm with clients like The Home Depot and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He co-authored Networking is Dead, a Wall Street Journal best-seller, and holds three international patents.
