Amy tells Kat her belief that she’s simply not a romantic person…but she wants to be. What does one do when they want to learn something? They google it, of course. Amy does just that and shares 8 Ways to Show Someone You Care (aka: How to be Romantic), Kat gives us an awesome mantra: “Healthy Relationships Have No Rush” (while discussing love bombing & other red flags) and they both open up on how they’ve shown up in their own relationships!

Question: Is it okay to keep love letters or other memorabilia from exes?

Today’s quote is a post that Amy saw on Ellie Louise McBride’s account about Things That Happen to Almost Everyone:

- Not knowing to say

- Misunderstanding a situation

- Doing something embarrassing

- Making mistakes

- Saying something that's not interesting

- Missing the point

- Feeling insecure

- Being awkward

- Having weird quirks
