Prior to 2020, the Akron-Canton Airport (CAK), challenged by a reduction of passenger traffic of more than 50% since 2012, looks at plans to rebound. With social distancing measures in place, a gate expansion project, right-sizes the facility for the future. A Strategic Plan looks to the future as customer-centric with a preservation of assets, revenue generation, & social responsibility at the core of CAK's mission.
