My guest today is Joby Boughey, he is the founder of Pure Breathwork. Through different near death misses and major accidents Joby had to find a way to heal himself and was able to do that through the power of breathwork. Today he works with clients globally, he has a breathwork academy and is always striving to help as many people as possible connect with the breath and live better lives.
