In this episode I talk about the Benefits of walking everyday and why is it important. As for the people who are coming back from the injuries, I highly suggest a walking program (A little bit of running and a lot more on jogging) and other activities will do like a little bit of cycling or swimming to help your body recover from injuries or help maintain and improve your body.
